Government I.T.I. for women was  established in the year 1994 at Mangalore,Dakshina Kannada Dt.,. Imparting training in two trades to  candidates in the trade of  Electronic Mechanic and Computer operating and Programming Assistant (COPA)with an objective of ensuring a steady flow of skilled personnel and to reduce unemployment amongst the educated youth by equipping them with required skills, education and discipline for suitable industrial employment as well as self- employment, Industrial Training Institute is   affiliated to ,National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) New Delhi through the Directorate General of Employment and Training (DGE&T), in the Ministry of Labour, Government of India, New Delhi. It impart training trades, as per the syllabus and curriculum approved by Government of India in consultation with the above said Council.

Placement Cell

Our training and Placement cell is active both in training and placement fields operated by Training and Placement Officer(TPO).

Students are specially trained to upgrade their industry oriented technical skill making a goal of creating ones professional attitude and time bound instantaneous thought .

Also, this cell has good track record of placing the passing out students in reputed companies to make their future bright.
